Srina Lynne RN,SEP,OICC
My overall intention for my clients is to facilitate coming into the present
moment, allowing us to embrace this precious life. I am very interested Our Biology is at the core of this web that we call self.
I create a safe & nurturing space in which together can learn to interpret & understand what our biology so diligently is trying to communicate. We may re-visit old injuries, losses, or traumas which have left us feeling frozen, separate, and un-supported.
My 42 year background in the
Healing Arts began early on with
my work with animals. I continue to work with my Equine friends, & their riders both interpreting & assisting their very sensitive nervous systems. My work in Somatic Therapies has included Postural Integration, CranialSacral, & Visceral therapies. I have worked as an RN in western medicine, as well as Hospice care.
I have a lifelong commitment to a spiritual understanding and practice. I bring a broad-based repertoire of modalities to the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of my clients.

Somatic Experiencing
A body-centered approach for treating trauma
SOMATIC EXPERIENCING
Is a body-centered approach for treating trauma. SE was developed by Dr. Peter Levine.
Trauma (sometimes referred to as PTSD) may be caused from a one-time event or from a number of events sustained over a period of time. The original traumatic event can be emotional, physical, and or spiritual in nature but eventually all systems are affected.

Trauma may be showing up in your life as anxiety, stress, vigilance, fatigue. chronic pain, immune system disorders, emotional reactivity, insomnia, digestive issues, and isolation, to name a few.
I meet each person where they are. Together, we gently access your body's innate intelligence, revealing and learning its hidden resources to heal past trauma and rest in the experience that
everything you need exists within.

CRANIALSACRAL &
VISCERAL THERAPY
Gentle hands-on healing modalities that assess the dynamics of fluidity & motion in relation to membranes, brain & brain stem, fascia, ligaments, and organ systems
CRANIALSACRAL
CranialSacralTherapy(CST) is a gentle, non-
invasive, hands-on healing modality that
focuses on the wave-like rhythmic pulse
that goes through the entire body. This therapy stems from Osteopathy. CST evaluates functioning of a physiological body system, called the craniosacral system, which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
This healing modality releases restrictions in the craniosacralsystem which can improve the functioning of the central nervous system, thus affecting many systems in the body. CST has been used to treat a variety of conditions, both physical and psychological.

Visceral Therapy
Visceral Manipulation addresses functional
and structural imbalances throughout the
body. It assesses and treats the dynamics
of motion in relation to organs, membranes,
fascia and ligaments.

Our organ system has a complex nerve network that refers information about our basic state of health and well being to the brain. Our balanced organs can give our systems a sense of calm, a feeling that all is “right” with me.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Nine months after losing my baby in my second trimester
of pregnancy I was still grieving heavily; unable to physically or emotionally be in my body because I was in such pain. Srina's work was transformative. She helped me work through the physical and emotional trauma that remained in my body from losing my baby. She helped me tap into past traumas that I wasn't aware I was holding on to. I am grateful for her work.

I want to thank you so much for basically giving my baby son his life. Where he used to cry non- stop, now he smiles all day and never sleeps (ugh!). He rarely has distress & seems to be digesting his food so much
better.
I wish I had a picture of you for his baby book.

Srina has such a unique depth. In working with Srina in order to heal from a brutal childhood trauma, Srina was able to stay remarkably present while others might have winced or turned away.
I cannot recommend Srina enough—she offers a chance to no longer be alone with our hard stories, but stays right there, guiding, and keeping company…providing tools and a way forward.
Srina’s deep knowledge and talent as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner brought me back to my body and into the present moment.
She is a touchstone of healing that allows one to go from surviving to thriving. I am forever grateful.
